NEWS FLASH!!
Change in Dates for 2023
After much positive discussion at Area 1 Annual Meeting some H.T. Dates have been changed to help smooth out our Area Calendar and allow as many opportunities for as many riders as possible.
Larkin Hill will be running JULY 25-16 and Sept. 9-10
Format: Saturday: Starter and BN
Sunday N- P

We will be running Preliminary and All
Divisions Regardless of number of entries.
No Cancellation of Any Division
On Saturday 9/24 we are running Starter Hirse aTeials and Dressage Schooling Show
On Sunday 9/25 we are offering Preliminary, M/T, T, N and BN
Limited on site stabling

A Good Reason to Enter Larkin Hill Horse Trials June 12:

It is the first leg of the Larkin Hill / Old Chatham Series Championship Sponsored by Saratoga Horseworks!

Here's how it works: Prizes will go to the Horse/Rider Combination at each level with the lowest average score from ALL THREE EVENTS.(Hybrid divisions will be counted at their XC level.)

Prizes: For each Level, winner will receive a beautiful Saratoga Horseworks Dress Sheet AND their Entry Fee from the Event in which they achieved their BEST score will be REFUNDED!

PLUS! The Horse/Rider with the Overall Lowest Average Score from all Levels at the three events will have ALL THREE ENTRY FEES REFUNDED!!

So start the process and come to Larkin Hill Horse Trials on June 12!

Other Good News: If we have enough entries for a third dressage ring, it WILL NOT be in the indoor arena. It will either be in the sand arena or on the grass... so, no more spooky indoor!

Blueberry Cafe will be back with all their great, healthy food! Plus they will have coffee and breakfast ready at 6:30am!

Don't forget to check out new Rules for Intro and (new) Starter BN classes...more relaxed and forgiving...perfect for new riders and horses trying out the sport of Eventing. New Lower Entry Fee, too!
