A weekend to slow down, move your body, nourish yourself, and reconnect. 🧘‍♀️

We’re so excited to announce that we are returning back to for our Pilates Retreat! Bask is just 1.5 hours outside of Nashville. Think mindful movement, incredible meals, meaningful connection, cozy spaces, nature, rest, and time to simply be.

This retreat is for the woman craving a reset. A chance to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with herself alongside an amazing community of women.
