There are at least three heresies openly preached in in the Christian community today.
1. Wokeism/Pride
2. Zionism/Dispensationalism
3. The “Rapture”
These heresies are not new, the Early Church Fathers, through Sola Scriptura & ecumenical councils have addressed each of these ad nauseam , but here we are yet again. The subject matter of 🇮🇱 Israel is front and center, as is the Heresy of Dispinsationalism which states the Old Covenant somehow survived the wrath of God post Crucifixion and the destruction of the Temple “which literally means the destruction of the Old Covenant” (Matt 24)& (Matt27:25)
If this is true, Judaism and the “Law”, animal sacrifice, and the Pharisees are still in effect. Just waiting on a new temple… Somehow the Christian duty is to bless the 1948 man made state of Israel and their ongoing genocide, or be cursed. If, this is true, there is no New Covenant, there is no Single Pathway to Salvation, and Jesus’s Passion, death and Resurrection were, and are meaningless. To the Jews, The Gospel of Jesus Christ is something to be crushed, or face “The Truth”. Literally “ A stumbling stone to the Jews”.
But I believe in the “Berean” way. You must realize this for yourself. Believe nothing any man Rabbi or pastor says, but search the scriptures for yourself . 🙏-
That means reading the Talmud. The Talmud is regarded as the highest religious book in Judaism. It openly mocks, insults and degrades our Lord, His Holy Mother and His Church. You and me. Judaism hates Jesus. If that stings, it’s because it’s true. Try a mission trip in Israel and find out for yourself. 🙏 -
Our Jewish brothers and sisters, are just like the Muslims, the Buddhists, the Hindu and all Gods Children. We are all given Two choices. Accept Jesus Christ as the Prophesied Jewish and Gentile Messiah,
Lord, Savior, God Incarnate.

Or not.

We’ve lost so many Icons this week. Sadly, we must add one more. Many of my clients will remember Ray Spears, I called him my “Ray of Sunshine”. He came to me as he battled leukemia, seeking alternative treatments and healing he intuitively knew, cannot be found in today’s sick care system. He was an inspiration to me and anyone who knew him. Prayers for this sweet Prince and over his family. God bless his eternal soul and grant him peace, as he unites with his maker, and his eyes feast on the Glory of our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ🙏

1. Strength – An internal capability to overcome an external force

3. Resiliency - The byproduct of Strength and Endurance
4. Work Capacity -Work capacity refers to the training volume and intensity an athlete can tolerate while maintaining a steady recovery schedule and making positive training adaptations. Ultimately, an athlete’s work capacity plays a significant role in dictating the level of strength, speed, and fitness an athlete can achieve.
If an athlete seeks to improve continuously, they must enhance their ability to train at increased training volume and intensity levels.
5. Discipline - Self-discipline is the intentional regulation that enables individuals to surmount challenges and pursue successful results. It entails self-regulation, commitment to a structured plan of action, and the willingness to delay immediate gratification for the sake of achieving long-term objectives.

Sitting in the hospital beside my sweetheart the day after she endured a massive Liver resection. All day yesterday many of you joined me in prayers. For that, I am eternally grateful. Yesterday was a magnificent early spring day. Sun shining, light breeze. Lily’s popping out.
I sat outside as yet again, I am completely and totally powerless over how this day will unfold. So I pray, and pour myself into the Word of God.
As I sit in a small courtyard, sandwiched between a massive hospital and a half dozen medical offices, with hundreds of folks scurrying about, I read my Bible. Multiple people stop by. “What are you reading”? 📖 I say, “ Mathew”…
“Can I pray with you?”… “yes, please”…-

I’m always struggling for ways to serve God. Jesus’s words in Matt 9:37 haunt me. “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few”.
The “harvest he’s talking about is illness, disease, depression, self hatred, aloneness, anxiety, fear and poverty. Just to name a few. -

The “laborers” are those few willing and able to wade into the thick of this broken world and fill the gaping hole of our fractured hearts with love, compassion, direction and most especially, healing. ❤️ -
I am humbled to have helped so many overcome countless physical, emotional and mental hurdles, only to find their “true-self” waiting on the horizon. It’s not until our lives hang in the balance and or we watch those we love fight for theirs, that we come to realize how simple this life truly is. It’s about love. It’s about LIVING our best life by abandoning it in service to others. -
After 30 years as a trainer, Coach and “therapist”, I feel like I’ve only just begun. If I can help you on your journey, it would be both my honor and duty to walk beside you. I promise you one thing. If you stick with me, be willing to walk through fire and face head on the demons of your yesterday, by the Grace of God you will finally be, everything He promised you, you could be. 🙏 And become the “Who” this world so desperately needs you to be!
