Classes provide lots of instruction and feedback.

This has been A LONG TIME COMING!!! In the true spirit of the Open, Garrett got his first muscle up!! He did one before the Workout and also put one up on the leaderboard!!!! SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!!!!
