Join Us for Sunday Funday at (Nations Location!)🍺☀️

Kegs and Kettlebells is coming back to Nashville with a fun, new partner: Southern Grist!

Let’s swing and carry empty kegs, learn beginner friendly kettlebell flow, and meet an awesome community of fitness enthusiasts with a fun twist! Wear your favorite athleisure, bring a towel, a friend (dogs count!,) and lots of energy. We will move our bodies and connect (think partner exercises where cheering is HIGHLY encouraged.) Move as much or as little as you want, this a PARTY! (We may or may not dance in between stations.)

Think: Music blaring, throwing around kegs and celebrating fitness in a no pressure environment!

After, we will party together over beers with specials from our wonderful partner, Southern Grist (N/A options available.)

All levels welcome.

* 9:30-10:00 am Check In and Mingle
* 10-11 am Kegs and Kettlebells Workout
* 11-Noon Social with drink specials and networking
