Safe cycling routes are emerging in our community and multiple mountain bike trails are in development in several metro parks. Spring is here and the shop has been rockin'! Lots of great new bike day moments but today was really special. Norm took home this beautiful Specialized Diverge 4 Pro LTD. The iconic red and yellow hearken back to early days of Specialized off road racing and the great champions that rode them. Norm has plans to take this beauty on some epic gravel adventures all around the southeast. Have fun out there Norm!

🎄 It’s Christmas Week at Trail & Fitness 🎄

Whether your holidays look like long rides with friends, quiet mornings with coffee, family chaos in the best way, or simply a little extra rest… we hope they’re full of good moments and steady joy.

This season reminds us how lucky we are to be part of such an incredible community. From the early-morning riders to the weekend wanderers, the bell-ringers, the coffee sippers, and everyone who rolls through our doors, thank you for making this place feel like home.
