Interested in thee best part of exercising? The true reward of happy brain chemicals. Life is tough and stressful. Exercise programs that you can do at home easily reduce your anxiety. Today was Hammer and chisel Hammer Power. This is that workout that takes you to your limits.... pain and pleasure all at once.... I upped the weight from the last time. That may have helped with the endorphins, dopamine and serotonin releases. I love that feeling of accomplishment and contentment when finished. Being healthy together has really increased my success for my fitness goals. I know I reach my goals because of the support of our online fitness group and my fitness partner and hubby, Steve. Beachbody provides the product, we provide the support and encouragement. That makes the difference. I love being a Coach. I know the product and the potential for results.... The most important factor is where to start for you☮️

Just finished another round of Chisel Agility.... I see so much improvement from being consistent. I am able to finish from beginning to end and push just a bit harder. Nothing is free Nothing worth having is easy. You gotta want it more for you and your health than anything else. Once you have your why and focus, its a cake walk.... just put in the time for change, physical changes, emotional changes NOT channel changes

Hammer total body-- I got hammered. there was nothing left in the tank. I really struggled to finish the pyramid on the pull ups and overhead presses... I allowed myself to dwell for 5 minutes then carry on... let it go... tomorrow is another day to workout🏋🏻

OCR training this morning. I kid you not, I COULD NOT climb the walls without a "boost" or vault over the hurdles before starting !!!! I am proof that this program will allow you gains to reach your goals! I seriously surprised myself. I had to attempt the wall twice but success was mine! This year I move up to the 50 yr. age group and I will focus to be my BEST. I can't wait to see what 60 + days of this program brings.... TY

Today is Rest Day.... A must have... your body needs time to repair and reboot from all your workouts this week... always remember that rest day is as important, if not more so, than workout days👍

Yesterdays online workout was .. everything was aching and shaking... if I hadn't been doing a video workout I would have quit a long time ago... that would have been easy. I know that I will not reach my full potential without Sagi Kaliv in my ear counting down the reps... I couldn't quit..... To have a professional trainer having you do it right is so awesome. There is no more guessing if my lifting will get results. Beachbody has brought the best into my home. The will to succeed must be stronger than the norm to recede.

Todays workout, Chisel Endurance took me to my limits.. Don't let anyone tell you there isn't a science to meeting your workout goals. I have to say this is the first workout that I have seriously payed attention to the nutrition plan.... never shall I do a program again without paying attention to the most important aspect, FOOD! I am learning to eat properly for my goals.. I can't wait to post my 60 day pic. There is no substitute for knowledge and teambeachbody has it down... This workout completion was "will" over "fatigue" I still had to practice my rope climb for OCR and I just kept hearing " you want it, work for it"

Ahh today was a good buddy day! Tight muscles today after your workout? I do I do !!! Thank you Hubby for helping with those aches! Sometimes the roller doesn't quite get them all. What a workout ISO strength chisel was today! I am so energized with the food food and more food! If you're not doing the food part of the plan you are selling yourself short as I have always done. This is our program for results!

I am blessed to be a coach of team beachbody. this year is my year. I have never felt so confident to finish a fitness program INCLUDING the food plan. Shakeology everyday to get the nutrition the body needs. AWESOME. I am putting MOTIVATION INTO ACTION=POSITIVE RESULTS!! Pics in 60 days......wherever your tennis shoes are, thats your gym.

Coach Steve and I had a great time at Durhamtown ATV and dirt bike trail park for the Spartan Atlanta Super OCR race. It was rainy muddy puddly slippery and a bit precarious for all who ran. I saw quite a few people limping with tweaked knees and twisted ankles but everyone I spoke to said it was awesome and they'd do it again. Congrats to all who stepped up and out of their comfort zone to run despite the weather conditions. YOU ROCK
