Join us Monday, August 31 for our monthly Yoga & Kayak Social starting with an all-levels outdoor yoga session overlooking Percy Priest Dam, followed by a scenic ~3 mile paddle down the Stones River. 🧘‍♀️🛶

📍 Waterfall Wonders Hiking Tour helps you get to experience some of the best waterfalls near Nashville

⚠️ Burgess Falls Update: Due to current drought conditions across Tennessee, water levels are lower than normal, so guests cannot kayak all the way to the base of the falls at this time. We’ll paddle as far as conditions safely allow, then enjoy approximately a 1/2-mile hike to reach the waterfall. Please wear appropriate footwear for the hiking portion of the adventure. Thanks for rolling with Mother Nature with us! 💧🌿
