Proper programming is vital to your success in the gym.
If someone comes to me and wants to work a specific part of their body (e.g. their chest, arms, glutes, etc.), I’m going to create their program with that in mind.
It sounds simple, but you’d be surprised how many people miss this and follow a program that doesn’t align with their goals.
