We're gearing up for Back to School season with a special campaign to support our youth programming! 🚌🎒📓📚✏️

Almost half (45%) of the locations we serve are schools and youth centers. These include public schools, afterschool programs, and residential facilities.

There are 31 locations who have requested Small World Yoga to provide yoga programming for their kids this school year, and you can make sure each of them has classes. Your donations support paying our teachers, purchasing mindfulness tools, and even launching programs at new locations!

We're hoping to raise $3,500 by August 31. Ask your employer if they'll match your donation! Together, we can help improve the lives of our youngest Nashville neighbors.

Good reminders for experienced yogis too! 🫂

What other nuggets of wisdom do y'all have for folks starting their yoga journey, especially if group fitness classes or new unfamiliar things bring up anxiety?

If you're new to yoga or nervous about trying a public yoga class, we're biased buuuut you should come see us. We'd love to meet you and show you how unscary it really is. Honestly the hardest part is just showing up!!

Eat ice cream to support us! 🍦🧡🩵🍨

Save the date! We’re hosting an ice cream social fundraiser at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams at the 12th Ave S location on August 3 from 4 pm to 7 pm. 25% of all sales during the event will be donated back to us, so come enjoy scoops of your favorite flavors while supporting your favorite Nashville yoga nonprofit!

We'll also have a signature ice cream pairing called Cold Lavender Towel featuring Brambleberry Crisp and Peppermint Patty served in a homemade Buttercrisp Waffle Bowl!

Join us for gentle yoga at the studio twice a week and enjoy a slower flow comprised of gentle, accessible poses for all levels and abilities.

Thursdays, 10:30–11:30 am
Sundays, 8:30–9:30 am

Classes are taught by some of our amazing outreach teachers, Sammie Gaynor, Judy Seidel, Gilbert Valenzuela, and Kali Wheeler.
