Our vision from the beginning was to bring a real gym atmosphere to the strength athletes of Nashville, but do it in a way to allows beginners to start here.

• Open Gym remains accessible all day for all membership levels
• The workout of the day will stay on the TV for anyone training later in the day

We’re proud to announce that our gym is now an official drop-off location for our donation drive benefiting RISE UP NASHVILLE 🙌

This incredible resource fair supports our unhoused community, and we’re coming together to make a real impact.

🗓 Donations accepted now through May 10
📍 Drop off at the gym
🧥 Needed items: clothing, blankets, food, and hygiene supplies.

SBD at MCM

The Music City Muscle SBD Day was a SUCCESS!

The vibes were unreal. Bars were bending, the room was shaking, and every single lifter showed up for more than just numbers — they showed up for each other.
Proud of everyone who trusted the process this cycle and left it all on the platform. So many PRs. So much heart.
