Y’all might have seen ‘s post the other day, but there’s been quite an update around here! He’s taken a full time cyber security position and won’t be in the gym much anymore. So it’s mostly just me in there! Apologies if I haven’t gotten back to you, I am a bit maxed out with personal training clients. But! I’m making some changes to the gym to allow for more classes. I’m especially excited about the first class that will be available.
I’ve been working on a leg day (glute emphasis) + handstands class. That’s essentially how I’ve been training last year or so and I like it a lot. We’ll do squats, hip thrusts, lunges , and step ups as our main lifts. With plenty of mobility and accessory work like sissy squats and single leg dead lifts. That should take about half the class time, and the remainder will be used for handstand training! Both sections will be adaptable for all levels.
When I get the gym renovations complete I’ll have more details for y’all. But in the meantime, if this class sounds like something you’d be into, drop a comment below! Let me know your preferred time for something like that. 🤸🏼♀️
