S.P.U.R.S Sylvan Park Urban Runners SPURS is a neighborhood running club with two standing runs, weekly. 6am and 7am from McCabe Park parking lot each Saturday. Come run with us! Questions?

Each run is about 5 miles and all paces accommodated most weekends. More runs and events announced by email, weekly. SPURS (Sylvan Park Urban Runners) is a friendly and encouraging neighborhood running club located in Sylvan Park, Nashville, TN. Start & finish: McCabe Community Center, 4601 Murphy Road

Routes: Approximately 3 miles

Pace: always varies! 7 min mile - 12 mi

Long bridge on the Richland Creek Greenway. If you proceed counter-clockwise on the Greenway, you can take the Target spur, exit at the Target trailhead, and make your way across Lion's Head parking lots to rejoin the Greenway just east of the Whitebridge trailhead.

If you go clockwise, you can take the Whitebridge spur, proceed north across the Lion's Head parking lot, and get back on the greenway behind Target.
