Come spend your Saturday morning with us! Whether you’re training for your next race, just getting into running, or simply want to meet new people, we’d love to have you.

📍 Meet at F45 Midtown
🗓️ Saturday, August 1
⏰ 10:30 AM

Choose your pace:
🏃‍♀️ 5K Run (all paces welcome!)
🚶‍♀️ 2-Mile Walk (everyone is welcome!)

Afterward, we’ll head over to The Well on Music Row for coffee and good conversation. ☕️

No membership required. Bring a friend, bring your family, or come solo—you’ll have people to hang with.
