COACH SPOTLIGHT • ALLY 🤍

Originally from Maryland, Ally has loved group fitness and strength training ever since high school. After moving to Nashville in 2022, she embraced the local fitness scene and has loved trying new methods while meeting people along the way.

When she took her first Lagree class over a year ago, she was instantly hooked by the challenge, the results, and the way it makes you feel. What started as a routine quickly turned into a passion, and now you can find her teaching at both our East and West studios, helping clients shake, sweat, and discover just how strong they are!

NEW CLASS TIMES START TOMORROW ✨ Starting Monday, June 1, East location M/W/F morning classes will now run on the top of every hour:

6:00 AM | 7:00 AM | 8:00 AM | 9:00 AM

To make the transition smoother, all late cancellation and no-show fees will be waived during the first week of the updated schedule.
