Each client is put through a unique movement assessment to determine strengths, weakness, imbalances, and flexibility issues to allow us to design a

program that is truly customized to you and your body. This is a semi-private service in which 1-4 clients share the attention of 1 coach. The cool part is that each individual gets their own customized program! This is a great way to experience traditional personal training in a less expensive and very flexible manner. Interested in trying it out? For new clients, we have our 2 Week Test Drive. You get your assessment, a new client Orientation, and 6 custom personal training sessions to be used in a 2 week period. Friendly reminder for your Memorial Day weekend: a few BBQs, pool parties, or late nights don’t ruin months of hard work. 🍔

If you're feeling a little bloated or sluggish on Tuesday, don't panic, and definitely don't skip breakfast. 🍳

Instead, hit the reset button!

💡 Neutralize it: It wasn't a "bad" weekend, it was a holiday weekend!
💧 Normalize it: Go right back to your usual routine. Hydrate, focus on a balanced meal with plenty of protein, and carry on.
🌭 No punishments: You don't need to "earn" your food, and you don't need to “burn off” the hot dogs.

Remember: Consistency ALWAYS wins over perfection. High-five yourself for enjoying the long weekend, and just keep moving! 🚀
