CONGRATS TO OUR MEMBERS OF THE MONTH! The girl power duo that is Kim and Kassi! Friends who lift together thrive together! Let’s hear about our girls! 👯♀️
Kim💅🏼:
So I’ve been a flight attendant for the past 18 years and I’ve just recently moved to Nashville almost 2 years ago. I grew up in Columbus GA but I’ve lived all over the country.
Fun facts..I love to volunteer at the Metro Animal Control Center and at the Sexual Assault Center in my spare time. I make the best sweet tea and im the 2017 unofficial beer pong champion of Denmark 😂
Fave thing abt F45: it keeps me on task..when the playlist is playlisting,!as much as I want to take it back to early 2000s club days, the coaches always keep me on track. I love having such great women as our coaches and I love how I can just come in without having to put together a workout of my own.
Working out w Kassi definitely keeps me accountable. As much as I wanna sleep in for that 1215 class, I know I’ll have a better day if I show up early w Kassi. Any time that I’m hesitant abt lifting heavier, she’s always there to cheer me on!
Kassi🧜🏻♀️:
I’m Kassi, I’m originally from New York (the state, not the city lol) and moved to Nashville a little over seven years ago. I work for an employee benefits consulting firm, and outside of work and F45, you can usually find me hanging out with my dog Savvy, trying a new restaurant or bar, or spending time with friends.
I currently have 20+ house plants.
I’ve tried pretty much every bagel place in and around Nashville, so if you’re looking for the closest thing to a NY bagel, I have opinions.
I’m a third-generation Irish-American on my mom’s side.
I love that every workout is different. You just show up, tune out the outside world, and get to work without having to plan a single movement. Plus, the coaches actually care about you as a person. They make every class fun and always push me to do my best.
Kim and I have a pretty similar mindset when it comes to working out. Having her there adds an instant layer of accountability because it’s a lot harder to hit snooze when you know someone is waiting for you.
