2 weeks 2 days since Right glute tendon repair surgery. 5 Pts and oh my today was brutal! Warm up on bike (which day one scares me to death) at least can make it around now!
Very tight. Hannah at MPower stretched the leg to loosen up potential scar tissue. The exercise where she wants me on my stomach and lift the right leg up-well you can understand how hard that was. There was a small tear shed on that one. But all good. No pain, no gain! Nancy Quarcelino
