60P 18C 12F 420 Calories |
Rice not included

Starting with 2lbs chicken thighs, trim off the excess fat and cut into bite size pieces

Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with corn starch (3 Tbsp) and give it a good mix.

The best way to cook these are with an air fryer spray with a touch of oil and cook at max crisp for 8-10 minutes

I currently donโ€™t have one so I threw my chicken on a sheet pan, sprayed with oil and basically broiled mine (mixed half way through) until I could get them crispy enough. About 15-20 minutes.

For the ๐ŸŠ sauce:
2Tbs fresh minced garlic
2Tbs fresh graded ginger
2Tbs soy sauce
2Tbs rice w**e vinegar
Zest of an orange
Juice of 3 oranges
1 Tbs of corn starch

Mix well and throw into a pan on medium heat

Once reduced add your chicken back in and add your sesame seeds and green onions to finish ๐Ÿ‘Œ
