Hey Dance Fam - sad little update for y’all. In class on Wednesday, my knee went from bad to worse. During a song, I twisted my knee and immediately knew something was not right. After a doctor’s visit, it was determined that I most likely tore my meniscus. For now, I’ve gotten a steroid shot and will do 6 weeks of physical therapy. After 4 weeks, we will reevaluate to determine if an MRI/surgery is needed. Please keep me in your prayers and keep dancing 💃
