This sheet of paper has been on every refrigerator in every home I've lived in for the last 11 years and here's why:
In 2015, one of my coaches handed me this single sheet of paper with a few simple reminders about health, wealth, and happiness.
She didn't give me much explanation—just this photocopied page and a book that, if I'm being honest, spent more time on my shelf than in my hands. 😂 I affectionately called her my "voodoo doctor" because she was helping me in ways I couldn't explain, even if I didn't understand why.
I loved what that paper said.
But I didn't change.
I kept wondering why I felt so stuck.
That same piece of paper has survived three moves across state lines. Every time I unpacked my kitchen, it found its way back onto my refrigerator.
Not because it changed my life... Because it reminded me of the life I wanted.
The real shift didn't happen until 2018, when I committed to studying myself every single day through Thinking Into Results.
That's when I finally understood something that changed everything:
Knowing isn't the same as doing. Reading isn't the same as becoming. Information doesn't automatically create transformation.
The principles on that old sheet of paper were true all along. I just wasn't changing my thinking deeply enough to live them consistently.
Today, I still believe in books. I still listen to podcasts. I still invest in learning.
But if you find yourself consuming more and more information while getting the same results, it might not be because you need another book.
You may simply need a process that helps you think differently.
That's exactly why I do what I do.
If you've been feeling like you've hit an invisible ceiling—in business, your career, your health, or your life—I'd love to have a conversation.
Sometimes the breakthrough isn't another piece of information.
Sometimes it's learning how to become the person who can finally use the information you already have.
