We’re seeking passionate, energetic teachers who love building community, creating an incredible class experience, and helping students feel strong and empowered. Whether you’re an experienced Pilates instructor, Sculpt teacher, or come from a strength-focused fitness background, we’d love to hear from you.

Join us next Saturday at Highland Yoga for a special Pride Flow + Sound Bath with Carly & Sam, benefiting The Trevor Project. 💛

Come move, breathe, connect, and support an incredible organization dedicated to LGBTQ+ youth. This all-levels experience will include an uplifting yoga flow followed by a deeply restorative sound bath.

We’re collecting new and gently used books by Black authors that center Black and Brown characters for kids and teens ages 0–18.
