Join us outside of Golds Gym Bellevue at 5:30am on Friday June 35th to welcome the summer sun with an outdoor Vinyasa flow! Finish off with our Barre class to start your day off on the right foot! LITERALLY 🌞

Class consists of a 30 Vinyasa and 45 minute Barre class with your instructors Matt and Kristen! 5:30am-6:45am. Bring a bottle of water and yoga mat!

Barre Bootcamp is an all new outdoor class designed to test your strength and endurance as well as sculpt your body. With traditional barre techniques as well as agility training, this class is perfect for anyone who is ready for their new favorite challenge.

Join this spectacular summer course at Golds Gym Bellevue. Free with VIP membership or $15 per class.
