Workin’ on our fitness at PreComp 💪🏼
The December session is a fast one but it’s always such a crucial time for our athletes. They refine important parts of their swimming, like body position shown here! Hard to believe this week marks the last practices. 😭

NAC’s PreCompetitive (PreComp for short 🤓) program is ready for another great session.

❔What’s PreComp?
It’s a program focused on introducing kids to the sport of swimming & what it’s like to be on a swim team!

🏊🏼‍♀️ How old does my child need to be to join?
This program focuses on kids 8 & under typically!

😁 What will they learn?
All kids will focus on the FUNdamentals of swimming while building confidence and a love of the sport.

Nashville Aquatic Club prides itself on our focus to long term development. This means that each level of the program not only introduces new challenges in the water that are strength, skill, and developmentally appropriate to build stronger athletes. But, we also take into account the importance of appropriate life skills that apply to long term success away from the pool. While swimming is a lifelong sport, ultimately taking these life skills learned with them is so much bigger!
