Join us for Potato to Tomato Training runs with East Nashville Tomato 5K!

Our first training run with the East Nasty Running Club was GREAT last night! We encourage you all to join in if you are wanting to train for the Tomato 5k with an incredible group of runners and trainers! Join in where you can! Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm under the Train Bridge at Shelby Park at 6PM and on Saturdays at 7am, locations TBD. Looking forward to seeing you there!!!

Today, we are honored to celebrate one of our own! 🇺🇸❤️

Our incredible water aerobics instructor and swim instructor Phyllis Thomas recently received a Quilt of Valor, a special recognition awarded to service members and veterans who have been touched by war.

She proudly served our country through four deployments—three in Iraq and one in Kosovo—demonstrating courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication. Today, she continues to serve our community with the same heart and commitment, inspiring our members both in and out of the pool.

Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved honor and thanking her for her service to our nation and our YMCA family. 💙
