Swim & Play Swim & Play is an indoor swim school in Nashville. We at Swim & Play believe that all children should learn how to swim. Our approach to instructing is unique.

We understand that no two children are alike; we meet each individual child at their personal level. We promote a healthy fun relationship with water without the use of flotation devices. By doing so, we promote confidence, development, and growth while ensuring a safe and positive relationship with water. Not only for the child’s physical and mental health, but to also encourage water safety and prevent unsafe situations. From learning to swim all the way up to advanced stroke instruction or pre-swim team; we instruct and guide all of our students.
