Hey my people :)

I’m leaping forward and relaunching Doors and Threads, my coaching and collective...

I started Doors and Threads a few years ago and put it on hold…esp for the last year while I’ve been a little recluse in the mountains. It’s no real shocker to anyone that’s walked alongside me that I’ve been through some crazy difficult.. lets just call them “experiences” in my journey and I’m beyond grateful that I get to use them to serve and help others. To have the “eyes of their hearts enlightened” to new hope, freedom and living a life of intention and purposeful creation. When you really start living in this space life becomes FULL of possibilities. And then when you start living and surrounding yourself with people who live in this space... watch out. Hope is contagious.

I've worked with so many different people and their unique stories. Coaching through... Breaking codependency, New life after illness, connecting with your teenager (check out my site) I have such a heart space for people who have been through religious trauma and hold onto anger or shame around that. People who have been hurt by church or a spiritual system that claimed to be but wasn’t really a safe space for them. The “recovering Christians" where resentment and hurt have caused them to spiritually back peddle or give up. I also love working with people who are moving into already in their 2nd half of life and know there is more than just skimming the surface. People who aren't content with just settling and existing.. there is a drive to live with purpose and a hunger for more.

My Halloween Peacock "little" ready to shine... (flashback to when in 80's non denominational Christianity you dressed up for a "fall party" because you couldn't call it Halloween. Although cleverly satisfied both the parents and the complaining children by skirting around the H word and just made it about the season)
