Get through as far as you can through sequence under the cap. If you make it through entire sequence before the cap, start from the beginning. Score is total reps.

Burpee standard is to hang or set a target 6 inches from a fully extended arm and hand. Athlete must touch that target with both hands to complete the rep. (video will be posted shortly).
