Nashville Running Company exists to bring you a better running experience on roads and trail through a unique selection of shoes, gear and expert advice. Our local, independently owned store has a staff that includes couch to 5kers, tracks stars, Boston Qualifiers, Ironman finishers, and Ultra trail runners. NRC strives to be a positive influence dedicated to building the Nashville running community and providing a place where all feel welcome to pursue their fitness goals.

Hope you all had a great Labor Day! The NRC Race Team sure did at the Franklin Classic!

In the 10k, Tonya Lumphrey won her age group and was 5th female overall! Matt Pulle also crushed the 10k by snagging 3rd AG!

The boys hit up the 10k/5k combo:

Jordan Wilson — 1st OA in combo, 1st OA in 10k, and 1st OA in 5k

Tony White — 3rd OA in combo, 4th OA and 1st AG in 10k, and 2nd OA in 5k

Eric Waterman — 6th OA in combo, 9th OA and 1st AG in 10k, and 6th OA and 1st AG in 5k

Jason Loyd — 13th OA in combo, 1st AG in 10k, and 1st AG in 5k
