Huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, pushed through, cheered each other on, and honored the meaning behind Murph with us today. We’re so proud of every single athlete who put in the work and gave it their all. 💪

The energy, community, and support in the gym today reminded us exactly why we do this. CrossFit Solid Orange is more than fitnes, it’s family. 🧡

We already can’t wait to do it all again next year. Until then, wishing everyone a safe, happy, and meaningful Memorial Day weekend 🇺🇸

What is Murph?

Murph is one of the most famous “Hero Workouts of the Day” (WOD). Designed to honor fallen U.S. Navy SEAL Lieutenant Michael Murphy, it serves as a community tribute performed on, or around, Memorial Day.

For time:
1-mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1-mile run
Traditionally completed while wearing a 20lb (men) or 14lb (women) weight vest.

Scales available for all athlete levels! Come workout, make new friends, and join us for a barbecue after the workout! 🍔🇺🇸
