When not on stage, engage your core. Speciality someone caught me in the middle of my happy/chill state at the beginning of this insane week. For some reason, remaining calm is proving to get harder with age/as more people come into your circle . . Working on it. Splitting into Spring like.... ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŒธ. it took my body 2 weeks of holding for 1.5 mins a day to get a flexy split on the right side back in middle school : left side different story! - juuuuust recently Iโ€™ve made the effort and Iโ€™m alllmost splitty McSplitty on left side now too! But it took a while to put my mind to it and decide โ€œI can do thisโ€ - All it takes is discipline, believing in yourself and breath! You can do whatever you set your mind and heart to - donโ€™t forget, yโ€™all. {edit: my foot should be pointed to the sky.
