Classes are still with Ronni | Pilates - in person and virtual, the only thing changing is the class times. Your registration moved with the class. ❤️

What is a duo lesson? (Aka a duet)

A two person private lesson.

Before your lesson our instructor will talk to you both about goals, injuries, and what you are wanting to get out of this lesson - this way she can design a lesson that is suitable to both of you. During your lesson she will offer corrections and help so you can better connect to your body and understand what you are doing. Questions are always welcome!
