The Venus Club is now open in East Nashville 💖

This space is designed to be a safe place for anyone who might feel like there wasn’t a gym built for them. For women and the q***r community to truly feel at home and discover the inner strength and confidence that we all have within us 💖

Turning the dream in my head into reality over the last month has been beyond imaginable for me and I still haven’t fully processed it tbh but I am SO excited to welcome so many people into this space and watch so many lives be changed by the magic of strength 💖

Now, it’s time to settle in here and get to work! Stop by for a visit sometime to see what we’re all about, we’d love to meet you! 💖

💭 Thoughts + updates from this work weekend:
—what we got done: primer, taping, cleaning, mixing our paint (diy style because I was donated a whole 5 gallons of white!), and finallyyyy got the first coat of paint on! 🥰
—we mixed the paint color ourselves and I am OBSESSED!!!! It’s exactly what I dreamed of 💗
—seeing this all in 100x speed makes it seem like nothing happened and it feels a fever dream ahahah
—it was sooooo fun to see so many people walking by and saying hi too! I can’t believe it’s all actually REAL LIFE and it’s literally coming together for real!!! 🥹

6 years ago I got my certification as a personal trainer, hoping it would help me make it through college and I had no IDEA what I was getting myself into 😂

Now it’s 6 years later I’m still here, and my passion for coaching continues to grow every single day! ❤️

To ALL my clients, and everyone who have been here since year 1, all I can say is THANK YOU for trusting me through the growth and being a part of your journey is SUCH an honor! 🥰

To everyone that I have had the pleasure to learn from and work with - thank you for shaping me as a coach and I couldn’t be more grateful 🥹

And to everyone who I have had the pleasure to coach through sessions or group classes over the past 6 years, thank YOU for being willing and open to grow together! 💕
