Meliora Movement is looking for a Pilates instructor to join our team!

We’re seeking someone with a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) credential —— ready to take on a consistent weekly schedule so students can get to know you and build a regular practice together.

At Meliora, we encourage our instructors to lean into their training and make each class their own — pick music that complements your style, and tailor movement to your students’ goals, injuries, and individual needs.

Not certified yet? We can help with that. DM us for info on training with our master instructor, Mysti Meese Little, to become a PSC Certified Instructor and earn your NCPT certification.

Pregnant and wanting to keep moving? We’ve got you 🤍

As Pilates instructors, we’re here to support you through every stage—whether you’re just getting started or continuing your practice with a growing bump.

Not sure where to begin or what modifications to take? That’s exactly what we’re here for.

Starting with a private session can help you feel more confident, learn what’s safe for your body, and ease into movement. From there, you can transition into group classes (with your doctor’s approval) or continue with privates throughout your pregnancy, and into postpartum.

Every pregnancy is different, and our goal is to meet you where you are! 📸 by
