Burnt out. Busy. Distracted.
We promote these things as normal. And even as markers for success. For those who are working hard and hustling. đđ˝ââď¸
But, burnout doesnât have to be your normal. You donât have to be stuck there.
Burnout is just a warning sign.đŚ Itâs your body and mind waving a red flag, saying, âHey, somethingâs off here!â Instead of fearing burnout or letting it take control, letâs get curious. đ¤
What if burnout is just an indicator that your work and responsibilities arenât aligning with your gifts? What if burnout is just an opportunity to make some changes? What if burnout is pointing you towards a better path?
