Hey Nashville fam! 💚

We’ve had so many new faces around here lately that I wanted to take a minute to reintroduce myself!

I’m Nadia, the owner and also a coach here at ISI Nashville. A little about me — I grew up mostly in Germany and then moved fully to the U.S. for college. Entrepreneurship has always been a huge passion of mine, and before ISI, I founded and owned a spray tan company for six years.

I actually found ISI by being member and loved it so much that when the opportunity to take over the facility presented itself, I jumped right on it!

I truly believe in what we do here — the science behind our workouts, the knowlege and motivation of our coaches, and especially the amazing drive of our members. What I love most about ISI is our community. You guys genuinely make this place what it is 🙌🏼

I love watching members encourage each other, celebrate each other’s wins, make new friends, push through a workout they didn’t think they could finish, and just keep showing up. Everyone comes in with different goals and different things going on in life, but once you walk through these doors, you’re part of the team.

Getting to coach you, getting to know you, and watch so many of you get stronger and more confident is honestly one of my favorite parts of owning this place.

So, whether you’ve been here for years or you’re brand new — thank you for being here and for making ISI Nashville such a fun, supportive, and slightly crazy community to be a part of. I’m really grateful for all of you.
