Today we’re celebrating a group of members who continue to show up, put in the work, and stay committed to becoming stronger every day.

Whether it’s 100 classes, 250 classes, 500 classes, or beyond, each milestone represents early mornings, long days, consistency, and a commitment to investing in yourself.

The numbers are impressive, but what we’re most proud of is the effort behind them. Every class attended is a step toward a healthier, stronger version of yourself.

🎉 JUNE MEMBER OF THE MONTH 🎉

This month, we’re proud to recognize Stephen Keller as our June Member of the Month and Father’s Day Feature!

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Stephen works in Real Estate and lives in The Nations with his wife Sophie, their children Tripp and Charlie, and their two doodles, Chloe and Roux.

A few fun facts about Stephen:
🌍 He lived in South Africa for four months
⛳ His favorite form of therapy is golf
🏊‍♂️ He completed a Half Ironman before becoming a dad

When asked what he loves most about F45, Stephen didn’t hesitate:

“The camaraderie. I’ve had trouble making it to class since our second child was born, but the 6:15 AM crew and vibes are elite.”

In honor of Father’s Day, we asked Stephen what being a dad means to him:

“Showing up for your children by setting the best example and showing them what it looks like to live a healthy, active lifestyle.”

We’re grateful to have Stephen as part of our F45 family. His positive attitude, consistency, and commitment to his family make him a great example of what our community is all about.

🏅 Coach Appreciation Week | Day 5: Coach Anna 🏅

If you have ever walked into a class and immediately felt like everything was going to be okay, that was probably a Coach Anna class. She is the kind of person who lights up a room without even trying, and that smile? Completely contagious and 100% genuine every single time. Her hugs alone could carry you through a tough week, and her energy wraps around every person in that room like she’s personally rooting for each and every one of you, because she is. Coach Anna doesn’t just coach your body, she coaches your belief in yourself. She has a gift for showing people the strength they already have inside them, and watching that click for someone is exactly why she does what she does. St. Louis sent us a gem, and we have a feeling the whole world is going to know her name one day, because this girl has big, beautiful plans and every bit of the heart to back them up. ✨

🏅 Coach Appreciation Week | Day 4: Coach Tyler 🏅

Let’s get one thing straight about Coach Tyler, yes, he is going to push you. Yes, he is going to look you dead in the eyes mid-set and tell you that you can probably go harder. And yes, a Tyler class is going to humble you in the best possible way. But here’s what you need to know underneath all of that tough love: this man is an absolute softy. He genuinely, deeply, from the bottom of his heart wants every single person who walks into his class to walk out stronger, more confident, and more sure of themselves than when they came in. When that starts to click for a member? He feels it. Chicago built him tough, but this community made him proud. 🖤

Name: Tyler Thompson Hometown: Chicago, IL (all around Chicago) 🌆 How long have you been coaching at F45? 4 years (he thinks 😂) Favorite F45 workout? Apex The song that makes him go hardest: Not allowed on the speakers, but lately it’s been “Afraid of the Dark” by Motionless in White 🎶 and if we’re talking while coaching, “Ghecko” by Oliver Heldens & Becky Hill Go-to hype phrase during a tough set: “That looks hard” and “You can probably go harder” 😅 Favorite station: Burpees, yes, really. It makes the Veterans Day burpees hurt a little less when he sees members power through them 🫡 The member habit that makes him proudest: When they FINALLY start to realize how strong they are getting and their confidence and mood skyrocket, he says it warms his heart knowing he was part of that 🥹 Best part of being an F45 coach: Watching this community grow, especially from where it started. Seeing the effort he puts into people and watching them put that effort into themselves pay off. Oh, and yelling at people. Definitely the yelling. 😂 One thing members don’t know about him: He was once blown up 💥, he is one of six children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, and he has been training people since he was 15 years old 💪 three facts, zero context, feel free to ask him directly.

🏅 Coach Appreciation Week | Day 3: Coach Danielle 🏅

Some people find F45 and fall in love with it. Danielle found F45, fell in love with it, and then decided she wanted to give that feeling to everyone else too. From member to coach, her journey to this floor is one of our favorite stories and every single day she shows up, she proves exactly why we are so lucky to have her. Coach Danielle sees every person in that room. Not just your form, not just your weights, YOU. She cares deeply, she cheers loudly, and if your eyes are stinging a little after she watches you hit a PR, just know hers probably are too. ✨ She’s got the energy, the knowledge, the heart, and somehow she manages to pour all of it into every single class. Chicago (well, Homer Glen) sent us an absolute gem and we are keeping her. 💎

Allow us to introduce you to Noah McGhar (aka Big Steppa) and if you’ve ever been in his class, you already know exactly why. Coach Noah is the kind of guy who brings the fun without ever taking himself too seriously, and somehow that energy makes you work HARDER. He keeps it light, he keeps it loud, and he will absolutely be losing his mind hyping you through the finisher when every single muscle in your body is begging you to stop. Buffalo made her and F45 was lucky enough to get her. Coach Gabe has been bringing her energy to the blue turf for 5.5 years, and if you’ve ever been in her class, you already know she shows up for you every single time. She is a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan, a self-proclaimed Justin Bieber believer, and somehow she makes all of it work together into one of the most magnetic coaching presences we have. 🏈🎤 She came in to coach fitness and ended up becoming a part of people’s lives in the best possible way and honestly, that tells you everything you need to know about Gabe.
