Tour-caliber greens aren’t made by accident—they’re built with precision ⛳️

Our putting surfaces contain 7–8 lbs of sand per square foot, using a proprietary blend of three different sand grain sizes to replicate the science behind a real golf green. That blend is what allows these greens to hold approach shots from 300+ yards… if you’ve got the game to get there.

But the sand is only half the story.

Every green is hand-finished using five different broom types, each with a specific purpose—from aggressive bristles that drive sand deep into the fibers to ultra-soft finishing brooms that create an incredibly smooth, true putting surface.

This isn’t a step you can rush.

Most installers either don’t know how or simply don’t take the time to properly dress a green. The result? Putts that chatter, bounce, or wander off line with a underfilled “fibery” putting surface.

We obsess over the details so every putt rolls true—just like it should.

That’s the difference between a backyard putting green… and a tour-caliber golf green.

One of the top questions we get asked is “how big of a putting green should I get?”

While the $1M + installations are very fun to design & build, I’ve always responded with “Most guys who play for a living lose out on 6 figure checks from what they miss inside of 10 feet”

Improper turf installations can take 4-5 years to reveal themselves. By then, the “low bid” can become an expensive mistake.

In a crowded market, experience isn’t proven on install day — it’s proven years later. You have a lot of choices in Nashville nowadays as far as contractors go.

Not all artificial turf is built the same… and what’s underneath matters more than what you see on top.

Most turf on the market uses urethane backing.
That means water can only drain through small perforated holes, relying on gravity to find its way out.

Our Pinnacle Flow backing is completely different.

It’s fully permeable — water drains through the entire surface, not just a few holes — allowing for over 1,000 inches of drainage per hour, far exceeding traditional systems.

💧 Drainage isn’t the only difference

Urethane backing is a thermoset plastic — once it’s created, it can’t be melted down or recycled.

It also typically uses polyester reinforcement, which further prevents recyclability due to incompatible melting points with other materials.

Our systems are designed with forward-thinking materials, not outdated ones.
