Made it through 2022 . Very very proud of my fitness journey . This year I’ve accomplished goals that I’ve had for the last 5 years since I started . Becoming healthier definitely includes a lot of trial & error, consistency, & discipline . Nothing happens overnight, all you have to do is trust the process & believe that you CAN!
