Level Above Fitness - Bootcamp Classes are $10 for gym members. $15 for non-gym members. First Class is currently free :)

Our Bootcamp is not just about doing a ton of cardio, but it is a type of workout that combines full-body strength training exercises with HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). HIIT training is a type of cardio workout that alternates short bursts of intense activity with periods of recovery. The idea is to push yourself to your maximum effort for a short period of time, then recover for a bit

before repeating the process. HIIT workouts are known for being very efficient, as they can burn a lot of calories in a relatively short amount of time. The workout typically includes a mix of bodyweight exercises, such as push-ups, squats, and lunges, along with cardio exercises like jumping jacks, mountain climbers, battle ropes, etc. The high-intensity intervals are typically shorter in duration (30 seconds to 1 minute depending on the set up for that class) and are followed by a brief recovery period. Bootcamp HIIT workouts are designed to be challenging and intense, but also fun. Fun Bootcamps can be a great way to stay motivated and engaged in your fitness routine, and they can also be a fun way to workout with friends or family.
