Hi guys/gals! I recorded a beginner/intermediate STEP workout for you. The routine is inspired by Jenny Ford (a STEP teacher), with my music. I know most people don't have a STEP, so you can try this w/out a STEP. My queueing is not perfect ... but if you go through it a couple of times you'll figure it out. I hope you have fun!! (just something a little different!) PLEASE watch your footing on your step if using a step!) (Video will be posted right after this message) ;-)
