Results rise from consistency, trust in the process, and effort. When Blair started he was concerned with his ability to lunge and move freely to play with his grand kids.

Today, about 8 weeks later, he has lost 30 pounds! He can now perform pain free lunges with a little help from a TRX and is loving the process (and results). Congratulations Blair, keep up the great work!
