It’s —give your body a little extra love today. Take a few extra minutes to stretch out those muscles you worked so hard. 🧘‍♀️ A few FAQs:

🖤 How long should I hold a stretch?
Most static stretches are effective at 20–30 seconds. Longer isn’t always better—just focus on gentle, steady tension. And breathing!

🖤 How many times should I repeat each stretch?
Aim for 2–4 rounds of each stretch for best results.

🖤 How often should I stretch?
A little goes a long way—3–5 times per week keeps you mobile and feeling good.

🖤 Should stretching hurt?
Nope! You should feel mild tension, never pain. If it hurts, ease up.

🖤 When is the best time to stretch?
Warm muscles stretch best—try stretching after your workout or after a short warm-up.

Holiday travel? Stay moving with these easy Jazzercise-approved tips.✨

✅ Hydrate like you’re headed to class – Water makes everything feel better (also keeps you feeling full).

✅ Turn waiting time into movement – Airport? Dinner in the oven? Family sleeping in? Get a quick walk in!

✅ Pack your go-tos – Toss your bands or mat in your bag for quick workout and/or stretch. You’ll feel better!

✅ Do a 10-minute express – Squats, standing abs, and a mat workout can mimic class anywhere. Anything is better than nothing!

✅ Stream our classes – Just because you’re away from home, doesn’t mean you can’t tune into our classes. Even on your phone, you’ll see enough to recognize the move!

✅ Keep a healthy plate – Remember portion control and lots of veggies/salad. Keep your gut healthy!

✅ Stretch nightly – A quick flexibility flow keeps you loose for the next day.

✅ Get adequate sleep – Your body needs rest, don’t deprive it, especially during the holidays when stress is often maxed out.
