Summer Session starts June 15th. Athletes, get ready for the upcoming season. If you want to be faster, stronger, and be the best conditioned athlete on the field or court our Performance Enhancement Program is for you.

Every 80 minute session will include:
•Warm Up
•Footwork
•Plyometrics
•Speed & Agility
•Functional Strength Training
•Conditioning

Congratulations ._.wilson11 on her recent commitment to play lacrosse at

Liberty is getting laser focused, hard working, and talented player. Sarah is dedicated to the game and continues to make herself a better with the work she puts in on the field and in the weight room.

We look forward to seeing Sarah have a successful Jr year and beyond. We know she will only continue to get better and better.
