In a time where we seem to be inundated with hate crimes or news of war, it’s refreshing to witness moments like this where we support one another’s efforts and spread some form of positivity.

As the 10k athletes were in the starting coral last Sunday, they were asked to wait for some of the 5k runners who were still coming in. This Mom and her son may have been one of the last to pass through, but they were applauded down the stretch and it was one of the many highlights of the day.

Take the time to tell someone good job or keep going…it’ll only help to make someone’s day and our world a little bit better of a place. 🌎✌️
