If you've already signed up for a race in the trail series, AWESOME. We're ordering bibs tomorrow and you'll get to have your name on it. Please keep reading if you would like to know how to personalize your name on your bib.
If you haven't signed up yet, please be sure to do so ASAP if you want your name on your bib.
FAQ: Can I personalize my name on my bib?
Yes. Your name will show up on your bib exactly as it appears on RunSignUp. We only use first names. So if you want a particular name, just change your first. So for example, if your name is John Smith, but you want the bib name BatMan, you'll need to go into RunSignup, change your first name on your account to Batman, and then that is what you'll get. If your first name is Roberta, but you want your bib to say Bobbi, then change your first name on RunSignup to Bobbi.
FAQ: What if I don't know which races I can come to this year?
That's not a problem. If you want a bib with your name on it, just purchase the first race and if you don't come to it, we'll simply transfer your payment to whichever race you come to first.
FAQ: What if I usually pay cash on the first day of the race series?
You can totally do this and then fill in your name with either stickers or magic marker. But if you want your name officially printed on the bib, at least one race will have to be paid online.
FAQ: Can I keep my bib each week?
If you are a week to week runner, you must turn in your bib at the end of each race. Only series runners are allowed to take their bibs home. However, please note that if you forget your bib at home, we reserve the right to charge you for a new one. Therefore, We encourage our runners to leave the bibs with us.
FAQ: What if I want to run anonymously?
Last year, we had several runners that wished to run anonymously. They paid the $10 and didn't want their personal information on the internet, but wanted their time recorded. This year, participants that wish to race as anonymous will be given the number 0. Please be aware that if more than one 0 is present, you will have to figure things out for who is who.
Lastly, starting this year, bibs will be filed in numeric order. Not alphabetically. So be sure to remember your number. (Don't panic, we can look it up. ;)
