We were surprised to see a couple hammerhead sharks on yesterday afternoons trip. Wouldn’t take our bait but they let us feed them.

Well there goes the neighborhood…! Once again the Sandbar sharks have snuck into Block Island looking for a tasty Striped Bass meal once we release them. Do you think people should get to eat the Stripers… or the sharks…. 🧐

Had the chance to go for the larger class bluefin’s today and it worked out for us! Great job Damon and Erik manhandling this stubborn bruiser ! Catching a big boy on the troll is pretty exciting…. Well they all are I guess….but we had fun.

The Waterbury Deep Sea Fishing Club had their annual Striper Tournament June 13-14. Day 1 we opted for keeper sized fish and day 2 was a bail job on monster cow bass. Always a great time with some hard core fishermen.! Thanks WDSFC

Jim M and crew have kept us laughing for years. Non stop comedy show..! But they do take a few minutes off from busting each other( and us) up to reel in some Fish4dinner! Great time boys! Epic Striped Bass fishing continues on every trip! #

Hot off the press! Bluefin Tuna regs just published and they are looking good.! 💪🏻 After last year’s closure these regs are very welcomed. Thanks to NOAA HMS and our ICCAT delegation for getting us some more fish and applying rules that make sense.!! Can’t wait to get out there.!

Even though Greg L couldn’t make the trip he sent his A Team who made short work of a limit of delicious Striped Bass. Absolutely massive numbers of Striped Bass 22 inches to 42 inches. Most on light tackle today. The bottom fishing was slower today, but we did get a couple cod that were quickly cataloged for a research project and safely released.
