Do this:
✅On the tee
✅On the Driving range
✅In the lockeroom
✅While trying to “stay warm” during slow play (we all know that feeling😂)
This is going to help:
✅Loosen Up your hips, low back, and ankles
✅Get some movement through your shoulders and warm up your thoracic spine
✅Ensure you feel warmed up on hole 1, versus 4
✅Decrease low back pain post and during golf
✅Allow you to stay down in golf posture and finish on your lead side freely.
✅Disassociate like a pro
✅MORE YARDAGE!!!!
You might be saying “I haven’t warmed up playing golf for last 10 years and play just fine.”
I used to say that, too.
