Pilates Springboard Camp with Ellie Herman August 23-25, 2024
Stay in a beautiful lakeside Catskills retreat for the weekend and learn Pilates Springboard from the inventor! Property is 2 hours 10 minutes from NYC and 2 hours 40 minutes from Philly. The property is located in Yulan, NY.

This is a retreat for Pilates instructors and serious Pilates students. No Pilates experience necessary, but some movement background required!
Schedule:
Arrive anytime on Friday August 23rd.
Friday Evening 6pm Class. Roll-out and workout after your drive!
Optional: Saturday 10am Farmer’s Market In Barryville; very cute on the Delaware River with live music.
Pilates Springboard Training:
Saturday 11:30-3:30 & Sunday 10-2pm Pilates Springboard Training
Price: $850 for private room, $675 for double room, includes 2 night stay in Farmhouse/Pilates Loft/Cabin, plus 9 hours of Pilates training, Saturday night homemade dinner/bbq with the group.
Pilates Training Only: $450.
Extra Private sessions with Ellie: $100/hour. Ellie can teach you Reformer, Mat, Pilates Arc, Ellie Herman Method & Props.
You will receive a certificate after the weekend and know how to teach a killer Pilates Springboard Class!
