🏈 1st & 2nd Grade Flag Football Update! 🏈

We’ve had a few parents ask about the start date for the 1st and 2nd Grade Flag Football division! Here are the details for that group:

Start Date: Sunday, September 13th
Time: 4:00-5:30PM
Location: Charles Buckenmeyer Stadium

Please reach out to the league or Parks & Rec directly (this page is not directly affiliated with the 1st and 2nd grade program so will not be able to answer your questions) if you have any additional questions for that age group. Go Cats! 🏈

Just a quick reminder that our regular season practices start this week on September 1!

When: Tuesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Where: Oakwood Park in Napoleon
What to Bring: Water bottle

Don't forget—our Flag Football Skills Session is tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM at Napoleon High Schools practice field! We'll be working on passing, receiving, flag pulling, and speed.

🏈 Calling All 3rd & 4th Graders! 🏈

Ready to work on your footwork, route running, and flag-pulling skills? Join us Saturday, August 29, for our Youth Flag Football Skills Session! Whether your player played last year or is a first timer, this session is open to all 3rd and 4th grade athletes.

When: Next Saturday, August 29, at 9:00 AM ( our first practice will be Tuesday Sept 1st where teams will be announced)

Who: All 3rd & 4th Grade football players

Where: High school practice field (next to the Napoleon high school on Briarheath Drive).

What to Bring: Water bottle & plenty of energy!

Registration is required before heading out to the field. Head over to the City of Napoleon Parks and Recreation website to sign up today!

Tomorrow is the last game of our season! Come out to support these young athletes compete at NHS practice field at 8:30am. It is Red vs Navy for the championship game and Grey vs White for the 3rd place game!

We will have a punt, pass, and kick competition after the games! Go Cats! 🏈 🏆

Flag football for 3rd and 4th graders starts this Saturday at NHS Practice Field from 10-11:30. We will have a skills session to be able to split teams up before the season starts. Practices will then be on Tuesdays and games on Saturdays starting in September.

We would love to see as many kids (boys and girls) come out as possible! Go Cats!!

****Change Announcement****
All 3rd/4th Flag football games will be played at the NHS practice field tomorrow Sat Oct 19th. We have been bumped due to a varsity soccer tournament game that was scheduled earlier this week

Tomorrow all 3rd/4th grade flag football players are invited to the Varsity football game at 6:30pm to watch the team warmup as well as help form the tunnel for the team to take the field before the game!

We will meet at Charles Buckenmeyer Stadium at the entry tunnel under the bleachers and coaches will direct the players from there. Go Cats!
